Where are you located?
We're at 77a Great George Street, Leeds LS1 3BR, right in the heart of the city centre.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm. We're closed on Mondays.
Do you sell online?
Yes! You can browse a wide selection of our titles right here on the site and place orders for UK and international delivery, or for free in-store collection.
What is Pay it Forward?
Pay it Forward is our community scheme. Your donation is added to a tag on our Pay it Forward Board, which anyone can use to pay for a book in-store — making reading more accessible for everyone.
Can I order a book that isn't on your website?
Almost certainly! Pop in, email or message us and we'll do our best to order it in for you. If it's in print and available from our suppliers, we can usually get it within a few days.
Do you host events?
Yes — we run book clubs, author talks, workshops and community events. Keep an eye on our shop and social media for what's coming up, and book tickets through the site.
Is the shop accessible?
Our shop is step-free with an accessible entrance. If you have specific access needs, please get in touch ahead of your visit and we'll be glad to help.
Can I donate books?
We welcome donations of queer titles in good condition. Please contact us first before bringing in a large collection so we can make space.
