Postage

Everything you need to know about how we ship your books and how to return them.

UK Shipping

Standard UK shipping is a flat rate of £3.50 per order, sent via Royal Mail Second Class. Orders over £40 ship free. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International postage is calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Delivery times vary from 5–14 working days.

In-Store Collection

Free click & collect is available from our shop at 77a Great George Street, Leeds. Choose 'local collection' at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready to pick up.

Returns & Refunds

Unwanted items can be returned within 30 days in their original condition for a full refund. Faulty or damaged items can be returned for a replacement or full refund. Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Packaging

We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible to keep our environmental footprint small — your order may arrive in a repurposed box, and we're proud of that!
